 and celebrate the birthday of Giuseppe Busso, the designer of the legendar
 y Alfa Romeo V6 (Busso) engine, with a drive through the stunning Morning
 ton Peninsula. All Alfa Romeo drivers are encouraged to attend. And don\'t
  forget that whilst Guiseppe is most famous for the V6, he also designed t
 he 4 cylinder \"Nord\" engine, that powered Alfa Romeos for decades. But o
 f course we especially want to see all models that run the V6 Busso motor.
    Meeting time: 10.00am Place: Apple Expresso Café, 630 Moorooduc Hwy, 
 Mornington (enter from Wooralla Drive).   This will be a special eve
 nt offering a chance to break the serenity of the Mornington Peninsula wit
 h the unique sounds of our Busso V6 engines.   About Giuseppe BussoGius
 eppe Busso was born on 27 April 1913 in Turin, Italy.He is regarded as one
  of Italy\'s most significant automotive engineers, contributing to numero
 us Alfa Romeo designs throughout his distinguished career. His final proje
 ct-the 2.5 litre V6-lives on in our Alfa Romeos today, universally recogn
 ised as a true mechanical masterpiece.Remarkably, Busso passed away on 3 J
 anuary 2006 at age 92, just three days after the final Busso V6 rolled o
 ff the production line.   Join us in honouring the legacy, sound, and spi
 rit of the Busso V6 as we partake in a rousing drive though the picturesqu
 e Mornington Peninsula. Our drive will take us through the Moorooduc Plain
 s, the grazing land of Tuerong, the vineyards of Red Hill and Main Ridge a
 nd the delightful coastal road to Flinders.   Lunch is at the scenic Flin
 ders Golf Club with views over Bass Strait.   Bookings are essential! For
