Does anyone know why Mike's Auto Service in Bowden is closed and up for sale?

Mike was always busy, I hope nothing bad has happened.

called into MAS today 24/5 spoke with Mike, all ok, still business as usual, trying to down size a little and lease out part of his workshop.
