Swap- AU 90 Super/GTV6 Supplement

I have a CAT CONVERTER version of the Australian handbook SUPPLEMENT (8 pages) for a GTV6 or 90 Super.   I have a leaded 90 and would be interested in swapping the ULP supplement for the non-ULP/non-cat  Aussie supplement version.  Mine is in great condition, better than it looks in the scan.
