Instrument lenses

Has anyone had any success cleaning up or replacing the instrument cluster lenses on 2000 GTV's? Mine have typically faded over time.

Tried a few ways to clean them up with no luck, ended up cutting some discs out of some clear perspex with a Dremel, dosn't have the slight "lens"  of the original, but once it's all in the car very hard to tell the difference
