I've had this lying around for a millennia - no idea why I have it - but it's for running a Z89a screw on oil filter on a 105 series 1300/1600/1750 - bolts on to replace the cartridge filter housing and use a modern filter setup - machined from billet, sold through Italservice in Adelaide years ago
