Alfa Service at Suttons

I regret to advise a failure to service my Alfa MiTo by Suttons in Roseberry. They held the car for 3 days waiting for "a recall part" from Melbourne and when I could wait no longer returned the car to to me unserviced and dirty. I am unable to recommend this service centre to other Alfa owners.

Kent, sorry to hear about your experience, you should have waited until the car was fixed properly and asked them for a replacment car of any type, just to get you around, it was most likely half way through a repair, when they had to put it back together, so you could drive it, when you are supplied a courtesy car, your car is usually fixed pronto!, Colin.

Thanks Colcol, I will remember that tip but am unlikely to return to Suttons  in the forseeable future.
