When overseas in some countries I drink bottled water because you can usually see daylight through it, unlike tap water.

Do NOT use bottled drinking water for your coolant (unless desperate).  Most have a high mineral content, if no Ebola.

Alfa engines are so tough they can handle Ebola and E.Coli 

I once bought a Nissan P510 or better known as a Datsun 1600 for my son.The engine didn't run. The car came cheap and my son loves them so I got to work on the donk. After I pulled it apart, I could not believe what I had in front of me. Every water passage was chocked with mud. The engine basically failed the head gasket because it couldn't get any cooling. This was a country car and obviously the bird brain that had it before was using river water for coolant unaware of the silt content.

It took 5 bore oversizes to render the block of any use.
