I'd advise against it.  There doesn't appear to be a specific remap for a 2.0 JTS, just looks like a one-size fits all.  If you're keen on trying something that would work, look at the following (not cheap, but they're tunes that are specifically designed for Alfa)

I was thinking of going down this route when I had a JTS as well, and then I figured the best performance gain you could have for the money was to save the cash, sell your car and buy a V6/JTDm....
