Sydney Mechanic Recommendations?

I am looking for a reputable mechanic/workshop in Sydney to do some work on my Alfetta GTV, starting with a head gasket replacement.
Anyone have any suggestions for me. Dont really mind where they are as long as they are reputable and reliable.
