All bars and inner housing were apart,sanded,polished,than back on silver soldered.A lot of work for this small part but still easyer compare to spot welded repro-you can not disassemble it without damage on front cover.The badge is not included-fell off during making photos from 0,5meter height and broke-bllaaahh.High resolution photos on my website http://www.alfafranjo.com/
