Spettacolo Concorso 2013

The Alfa Romeo Owners Club (Vic Div) is holding its annual Spettacolo Concorso and Show'n Shine at the new and well known location of Wesley College, St Kilda Road Campus Melbourne.

Concorso Judging
On Saturday 29thNovember we will commence Concorso acceptance and preliminary judging.  The Concorso is open to all AROCA members and interstate applicants are encouraged to enter. Please register an expression of interest as soon as possible.

Spettacolo Dinner
The popular Spettacolo Dinner will again be held on Saturday night. Refer Stickey tickets booking booking, Spettacolo page, link via the infomation bar on the homepage. Book now. The usual start time will be 7.00 pm giving us time to enjoy the evening with the option of an early finish so you can prepare your car for the next day!

Spettacolo
On Sunday 30 Nov, Spettacolo is expected to have up to 300 Alfa Romeos on the field. This year's theme will be  a Zagato tribute, celebration of 60 years of the Giulietta  and 10 years of the GT and we again look forward to a selection of racing, historic vintage and classic cars displayed by many interstate AROCA members. This year we will have maximum exposure on one of Melbourne's premium boulevards with more room giving us the opportunity for a higher quality display and we will have more food and entertainment for the kids both big and small.

Adding to the Spettacolo Concorso, the Concorso "pre judging" will be held down at Makulu Services vehicle storage in Moorabbin.

It is a bit belated , but congratulations to all that contributed to the Concorso, the Concorso line up this year was spectacular.

Hi everyone

This was the first AROCA meet that I've had the pleasure of going to.

Was funny as I had only planned to come in early and to have a look around, but as I was driving around near the ground trying to find parking, I was flagged down by one of the days officials and instructed to drive down and display my car with rest of the 932 group. I guess a car really does stand out when you spend 2 and half hours every Saturday detailing it

Noticed that a lot of people were hesitant in driving in and parking their cars on the field.  While Wesley College was excelent value for money, we have to get more cars off the street and onto the ground to make the best return.

The owners get the convenience of easy parking and it makes a better show.
