2014 Competition dates

The 2013 Competition just ended a couple of days ago so onwards with 2014.

Proposed dates are as follow (but they might change as the year progresses, so watch this space):

February 2 Sandown Sprint

March 22 Winton Defensive Driver Training and Race Craft (program to be determined based on interest and numbers)

March 23 Winton Sprint

April 5 Phillip Island Sprint

May 10 Sandown Sprint --- date has been changed from previous announcement

June 1 Broadford Sprint

July 12 Phillip Island Sprint

August 24 Winton Sprint (date changed)

September 21 Sandown Sprint (Confirmed)

18-19 October Winton 9th Alfa Club 6 hr Relay

November 23 Sandown Sprint (Confirmed)

Nov/Dec hoping for Sandown or Phillip Island but don't hold your breath

December 13 Broadford Sprint (nice small event to round out the year)

November 23 is tentatively listed as being at Sandown.  TBC

Sandown in May will now be on Saturday 10 May to avoid Mother's day celebrations.


Unfortunately I can't cancel this Sandown due to contractual agreements, I would if I could.  So it is scheduled and need the support.



Also I will be doing event culls for the latter part of the year.  A few of your favourite events and timing in the year will go unfortunately.
