I am currently performing an quite extensive mechanical/underbonnet retoration of a Series 1 1750 GTV for a friend and old customer. I have the lube sticker for under the bonnet, but can't remember where it actually goes.

I am sure the location was not very precise, but can someone help on this one (i.e. has a similar car with the original sticker in place, or knows for sure). A picture of the underside of the bonnet would be awesome.

Luke,
This is mine - original sticker in original place though the car is a Series II 1750GTV.
Hope this helps,

Thanks Chris

I will assume that the series 1 is in the same place. I will post pictures of the finished vehicle and underbonnet restoration when finished. I should be dispaying the car at AutoItalia, and the owner will have it at Alfesta.

I must admit that I've never really taken much notice. I wouldn't think that you'd lose points in a concourse if the sticker was in a slightly different position under the bonnet. Mine isn't even neatly applied - it has a big crease down the middle.
I guess after all of these years, I'm lucky to still have it.

From my now very vague memory, I think the stickers were all applied in the same place, complete with crease in the middle!!!  Repro lube stickers are readily available of course from your favorite supplier,or failing that, a quick order to usual UK Alfa parts people will have one in your letter box in a couple of days.                     my 2 bobs worth.......cheers.

Just checked and it's the same spot on my series 1 and also on the spare bonnet which I think is a series 2 just a different colour sticker.
