Not solely a problem with the 4C, but most modern 'convertibles' are really no more than the coupe with a full width sunroof.  With the roof 'down' you are still entirely surrounded by car!  Your thighs can't get sunburnt, and no bug could ever find it's way into your eyes, let alone your teeth!!!

Maybe we should call them Targa Tops (minus the T-bar)
