Hi All,

I've been trying to find a place to get a new wiring harness for my 105 build. It's a 1971 1750 GTV.

I have contacted a few of the usual stores (classic alfa, alfaholics, highwood) and they do not make the RHD harness.

Obviously it would be ideal if I could get this made in Australia, please get in touch if you have had one made recently.

I still have the original harness. I am based in mid north NSW, but I guess I can send the harness anywhere.

Cheers!

I had a new harness made using the old harness as a pattern.  It was made by Lionel Velez in the U.S. - http://thegiuliettashop.com/wiring-looms/choose-a-marquee/alfa-romeo/.  Here's some pics of the results:  http://alfa.bottch.com/2011/11/1750-gtv-november-2011/

I'd probably also check out local specialists e.g. http://www.vinwire.com.au/ who should be able to replicate a harness.

VINTAGE WIRING in Ringwood Melbourne.
They do a brilliant job. Many concours winning Jags and MG's use their harness.
They will replicate colour, connection types and right down to the original insulation material.
worth a call.
