Tyres?

Curious as to the original brand of tyres Alfa would have fitted to the 15" wheel in 1967.
Any recommendations for the replacement?
Size currently on the vehicle is 165 SR 15, is this correct?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Can of worms

I believe they fitted 155HR15 Pireilli Cintuarto to the 15" wheels.
Widening the range to Michelin or Pirelli for the 14"

I've seen quite a few people talk about Vredstien Sport Classics in the same size and considerably cheaper.

Antique Tyres vic stock Vredstien but they are up there too.

I was just going to put stock tyres on it, I'm not a fan of the genuine wheels so this was going to be for roadworthy, looks like I will have to get the new wheels sooner!

Yep and that is why most people don't bother and just put a decent modern tyre on their 105s. I had 14x6 195x65 Pirelli P6s on BWA alloys. 15 inch steel rims are fine for that vintage use but given the lack of tyres available IMHO they are too limiting.
