Hi all,
Just wanted clarification on which model of Alfa these front seats are from.
They're in an Alfetta GT at present but not for much longer.
I'm keen on selling them at some stage.

They look like 33 TI seats that have been retrimmed in black, were originally black on the sides and white and black check in the middle, the see through headrest is a bit of a giveaway, Colin.

They're from a late GTV6.  The centre panels have been re-trimmed in plain black, that's all.

Thanks for the response Colcol & Aggie.
I'm non the wiser.
The previous owner advertised them as Gtv6 seats, yet it was suggested from a knowledgable Alfisti last week that he thinks they're from a 33.

See the lever at the base of the seat?  In a GTV6 with two doors, that looks like the lever you press to move the seat back forward so you the rear passengers can get in/out of the back seats.

33s did not need this lever on their seats because they have four doors.

Alfasud Sprint ......

Similar to a QV Sprint but them..from memory the mesh headrest sat on top the seat back not indented into the seat back like these. Most comfy seats ever though :)

Having just had a look at  pics of mid '80s Alfetta GTV6, mid 80s Sud Sprints and also early '80s 33s online, I can see why people are suggesting all of these cars re the seats.  Not owning any of these model Alfas it is a little difficult to be certain, but they definitely come from one of them. I agree with Victor's comment that given the 33 is a 4 door car, if they tilt then they are unlikely to come from a 33.

In a sense it kind of makes sense that they are from a GTV6 as you would imagine the seat base pickup points should be the same for an earlier model GT.  The one thing that doesn't quite look right though is that the horizontal ribbing on the seat base is almost non-existant in these seats whereas on a GTV6 it is more pronounced.

However, given they have definitely been recovered who knows, perhaps the trimmer didn't replicate this when re-covering them.

Not trying to sound like a smart a..e but these are 110% GTV6 seats. I've pulled these apart, pulled them in and out of cars, spent hours cleaning them these types of seats.

Hi all,
Thanks for all the detailed and astute replies.
It's now clear to me they're gtv6 seats that have been recovered at some point.
Great support & terrific for 'spirited' driving.
They're for sale now..$200 the pair.
