Brakes or not I'd give him 10 out of 10 for bravery but I'm not too sure about his IQ though

For a moment I thought it was Willie E Coyote  using one of those "Acme Products" to chase the  the Road Runner.
Also could be a late entrant in the 2014 Darwin Awards
