lift o mat Bonnet struts for 98 Alfa Spider

Hello,

Lift o mat Bonnet struts for 98 Alfa Spider, any suggestions as to where I could get some,

mine are a little weak bonnet won't stay up if on a slight forward facing slope

Dad got our gtv hatch one re-gassed when I first got it. No idea where but worked perfect.

They are not too expensive as the Lift o mat are quite common, try Italian Automotive Spares, in Brunswick, phone [03] 9036 1606, i haven't had much luck with regassing, it always ends up about the same price for a new one, but something rare, like a twin carb Sud, that you can't get new, regassing is the way to go.
You can get off ebay a device called a 'strut helper' to assist worn out struts, but they are about the same price as a new one, Colin.
