159 Blue & Me

Hello Alfa lovers, can any one help ?
My blue & me wont update, I have tried taking off the battery and waiting, tried loads of USB sticks and still it read "USB error 10" every time. I have even taken out the stereo and Blue and me unit and reconnected them but with no luck ! Happy to pay but where to go ?

Why are you updating?
Why are you striping the car down when it's giving you a USB error? (This one a retorical question)
Seriously, is the blue and me not working? Why update?

Where do you have your car serviced? If it's at an Alfa independent then obviously they will be able to help.
My Blue & me works fine and have no need to update although if you look at www.alfaowner.co.uk there are plenty of posts with update issues that may help.
If not then the Italian Job in Oakleigh or Donnini in Malvern would be closest to Black Rock. Good luck!
