Hello everyone, going to Tassie at Xmas to drive my 1750 GTV 1969 back home to Qld., bought 18 months ago.   Need a good car cover,  stopping in Canberra a couple of nights, any ideas where to get one, much appreciated...Danny

Welcome to the Forum Danny, you could try the usual suspects such as Repco, Supercheap, Autobahn, K Mart and give ALDI a go, but they seem to have car covers only when they are on special, COSCO car covers are quite good, but don't think they have one in Canberra, Colin.

I escaped from QLD 21 years ago.

If Col means Costco, there is one near the airport. Supercheap is out at Fyshwick, along with some of Canberra's more notorious types of shops.

I can give you the heads up on some good eateries and things to do. Happy to catch a brew with you down the local from me in the inner north (Ainslie) to escape the outlaws for an hour or two....

There is a great little drive to Corin Dam if you are in the mood.
