Windscreen Replacement

Hi, I incurred a broken windscreen on my near new Alfa Romeo Giulietta in  Melbourne over the weekend. Any advice and contacts for the repair/replacement would be appreciated – thank you.
(1) Does the car require a genuine Alfa Romeo seal or will a generic one suffice?
(2) Should the car be taken to a registered Alfa Romeo service centre for a new replacement?
