What to do with front of my GTV

Hey,
I own a 1981 Alfa gtv, it is my pride and wish to start my motorsport career in it as soon as possible, now after removing the front side and rear external plastics ie bumper bars and side skirts but i was think of adding a custom made splitter, cant figure out how to attach the image but it sort of a 2 part splitter, or leave the front of the gtv stock like my in my profile picture
