If you are applying for a new CPS, please read this

Hello,

I am receiving 1 to 2 new applications per week that have not sent the accompanying, required by VicRoads, photos to the CPS mailbox.

Can you please help by drawing attention to this post, and the attached flowchart, for ease of application for all members.

I'd just like to add to Phil's point... I'm also seeing a lot of new membership applications (and some renewals) come with a request to "expedite" the application because the member (or prospective) member has already started the permit application process and needs their proof of membership.

While I'm happy to do what I can within reason, there are usually between 60 and 70 renewals to process per month, plus new member applications, and I obviously can't put everyone to the front of the queue.

So, can I suggest that members and prospective members preparing to apply for a permit or permit renewal should allow time for their membership application or membership renewal to be processed before they commence with the permit application.
