Anyone got a recommendation for someone to restore my Giulia Sprint's steel wheels?

Don't most just use filler to fill the gouges, sand it all smooth & then spray with an epoxy/paint combo

I apologise if I have simplified the process to the point of offending anyone

I had a set blasted and powder coated out at PJ powder coating. The finish is a bit too sparkly but looks okay otherwise. Got a pic in here somewhere
