GTV6 wheel dimensions

Hey guys,
I'm ordering a custom set of wheels for my '85 GTV6  however the manufacturer needs to know the dimensions of my standard wheel such as width, rim size, offset etc.
I would measure all these sizes myself however I actually don't have a standard GTV6  wheel!
Would anyone be able to tell me all the dimensions i need to know please?
I they are 15inch, 5stud with a 98 pcd but cannot remember the width (i think 6.5 inch?) and offset! Please let me know if there are  other vital measurements I'm forgetting!
