New Club permit applications

I am sending many emails to people who have either not read the new processes or have done so and have not understood the total requirements. Please send an email to the CPS mailbox if you are unsure what to do. (Please do not call me on the mobile).

Hi A,B,C,D,E and F,

I have received your applications and they are incomplete. Please refer to the club website and/or the club magazine on what is required.

I need the following from all of you:

1. You are all missing a form. There are two forms that VicRoads require for each new application.
2. You all have not sent the required soft copy photos of your car to the correct email address, date time stamped and of a size no greater than 0.5 meg each
3. B , you have not sent me a stamp self addressed envelope to return your papers.
4. E, after confirming with our membership secretary, you are not a financial club member. Please rectify.

I will not process until I receive the above.
