164 Paint Codes

Hi everyone,

Want to fix some paint peeling off the bottom grey panels of the car. Does anyone know what code this grey is? Been looking all morning and cannot find anything online or around the car.

Go to a Panel Beating Paint supply and have them match the paint to suit your paint, as the 164 is quite old now, the paint would have faded in the Australian sun, and any new paint would be the correct color for a new car, but not one thats faded.
You need different paint for plastic than for steel panels, as it has to be flexiable and you need a different undercoat, Colin.

Hi ,
Try VHT cast iron eng  paint I have used it on my it pretty good
I the paint man at work so I will look into getting the right on tu/day 
and post on here for you

I'm not to fussed about the colour match being perfect as the car isn't in perfect condition, just can't stand looking at that bumper anymore.

Hi I found what the paint code but better the formula code it is:
formula 133493, name is GRIGIO MEDIO MET
paint code is 776

Its about $32ish at autobarn stores.
