Fitting after market seats into 156

So I acquired some rep Sparco's at a ridiculous price.

Has anyone had any experience with swapping seats?
Any info or advice on
- Rails, if I should use the universal rails or swap the original alfa rails onto the seat?
- Seatbelt, how to relocate the seat belt, or even re-use the seatbelt holder device
- airbag, how to avoid error codes or bypass the airbag sensor
- reuse the height adjustment etc
and really if its feasible at all

I'm no fabricator, but cutting, grinding and minor wielding is possible, so lemme know what needs to be done.
