Joe, If you were at Lake Como , I hope you made it up to Gelateria del Borgo at Bellagio. Possibly the best Gelati in Italy.

There are pics with the door open online. There is also discussion (Facebook 952 page) that up to a hundred (?) have been hand built to test/check production lines.

Haven't seen it driven on to the stage in any video's, not to say that it wasn't.  On that Facebook page they also have a funny video of security keeping the journalists away from the car, and quite aggressively.  It just makes me think they're much further from production that they would like us to believe.

yes we did catch the ferry to bellagio, climbed one of the vincolis to the top of the town and had lunch in the piazza next to the church. The shops of wood craftsmanship was a highlight but missed the gelati. Ticked that one off the bucketlist
