For Sale: an excellent original example of a Giulia Super 'Biscione'.

Originally sold by the Alec Mildren dealership (Pymble, NSW) on 13th February 1970, and still sporting it's original colours of musk green with wild boar leather skai interior.  Please refer to the correspondence from Automobilismo Storico Alfa Romeo below.

The 'Biscione' package (meaning snake) was a more luxurious variant of the 1600 Giulia Super, from 1969 until 1972/3, characterised by:
-   snake badges on the C-pillars
-   sunken AR badge on the bootlid
-   chrome center strip on the bonnet
-   chrome trims (spears) along the sills (rockers)
-   first part of the headliner in black
-   chrome surroundings on the interior light switch on the B-pillars
-   chrome A-pillar and roof strips

All of these features are still original and evident on this car.

The car drives extremely well thanks to a very strong 2 litre engine, beautiful gearbox and well-sorted suspension and steering.  As a consequence of the upgraded 2 litre engine the listed mileage of 2562 miles is not correct.

The original 1600 engine and gearbox is included in the sale for those that desire originality now or at a future time.

This Super has been re-painted at some stage though not during it's current 13 year ownership.  The paint on the car is very presentable as evidenced by the photos, with only a few minor blemishes.

According to our documentation files, the chassis number AR 782012 originally corresponds to an Alfa Romeo Giulia Super RHD (105.28), manufactured on the 24th January 1970 and sold on the 13th February 1970 to Alec Mildren, Pymble, Australia.  The body colour is musk green, with wild boar leather skai interiors.
