Wanted - Knowledge and Assistance

Hi All,
I am hoping someone can help me - I am after some knowledge and assistance in getting my 79 alfetta running smoothly.
I know I can take the car to a workshop to have it done, but I don't have the time to do it so I was hoping that I can pay someone who can come and tune the car (and show me at the same time)
I guess it might need the timing looked at as well as the carbs fine tuned.
