New Life Workshop Visit - Saturday 12th September

The Club is holding a garage visit to a new club advertiser New Life Repairs.  This would be of interest to a club member preparing to or restoring a historic or classic vehicle.

The morning will involve a presentation covering various topics of interest and there will be a Q and A style opportunity for members to seek info and gain knowledge.

Some areas of interest:
•   Leather trimming effects, samples.  Custom carpets.
•   Leather choices including samples from Europa Concera (Montabello Vin, Italy) suppliers to Ferrari and Maserati, Howe Leather Australia who are currently  producing for Mercedes Benz, Range Rover, Audi. OE automotive.
•   Latest leather protection and cleaning from Italy  TFL,  Montabello Italy.
•   Cool leather technology.
•   Latest protection packages including, Scotch Gard for Leather.
•   Anti-soiling for fabric and carpets.
•   Using ceramic coating for paint and glass/plastic.
•   Repair techniques for Alloys, plastics, vinyls.
•   Headlight restoration (acrylics).
•   Steering wheel restoration
