Hi Guys,
Thinking of installing a shark fin antenna on my Giulietta as the standard ones are huge and just look way out of place.
Has anyone else done this and still get good radio reception?
Most of the ones I have found have just been covers and no actual antenna  :-\
Id really Love a carbon fibre one as i have the carbon fiber spoiler and mirrors as well.
Cheers

For a given frequency, antenna gain is related to its length and a longer one will provide higher signal strength and of course clearer reception. You reception location relative to the transmitter is just as important.
All technicalities aside, if you favour one design over others, why not just do a temp install and do some testing yourself.
A basic rule is that less signal is lost in a short connection wire as opposed to a long one.
