On again on the 21st to the 25th of October
went last year  what a great time, is the Alfa guys going to to do the CLUB SANDWITCH
which is a club meet in the carpark?
Probabl;y the best car show in australia
Please dont judge my comments on the car shows by  last weeks event  Im still apologising for that !
but seriously the event in Melbourne in the Queen Victoria exposition halls is a great venue
particularly with the best cars and bikes in the country

Check out my father's pride and joy a 1985 BMW K100Wulf Gerstenmaier one ofonly two brought to Australia.

Very few of these K100 kits were ever built (less than 100-150 ) with Baumeister rear sets and clip-ons. There are only a few bikes that I have been able to see left in the world with the Wulf Gerstenmaier body kits.

Back in the 1980's JPS sponsored the BMW Touring Car and Sports Sedan team, run by Frank Gardner. They ran E21 318/320 Turbos in Sport Sedans and E24 635CSI in Touring Cars. They achieved peak success in 1985 with Jim Richards taking 7 of the 10 races in the Group A Touring Championship.

To commemorate the 1985 triumph BMW Australia released two K100 JPS, painted in the distinctive black and gold colours with JPS logos along with the Wulf Gerstenmaier body kit and the bike with their own plaque number to the chassis...BMW K100 Wulf

I will and if you look up the auction catalogue for  Theodore Bruce auctions for the saturday at the classica
there you will see my moto morini 3 1/2 sport valentini special
that I aquired somes years ago out of a private museum in the US, Not working .Now it works great
they brought out 20 for GP racing and this is beleived to be one of only 3 left
WHY am i Selling I dont know I ask myself this constantly
I dont have the room for all the toys and in particular
I want a Montreal so the MOrini goes as does my 30 year vespa that has only done 71 km since new
(thats not 1000s) it has never been registered .
