10 stack cd player

I bought an Alfa GT one ago and finally got around to trying out the 10 stack CD player in the boot on a trip to Sydney from Victoria. Problem is many of the CDs jumped in places. Does anyone know how to clean the player which is obviously somewhere in the boot. Thanks and if you do reply and I don't answer it's because I am having trouble navigating to the write spot.
