1975 Alfetta GT race car.
CAMS Group Sc Log Book
On Concessional Registration (Not transferrable)
VIN: AR11600001910
Tidied up and freshly repainted in original Metallic Periwinkle Blue. Straight with no rust.
Welded steel rollcage by Nigel Bolling (Autodelta)
Lexan windows. Weighs only 990kg.
Freshly rebuilt 1846cc engine. 130hp on dyno. No race miles.
Pace head with big valves and small plugs.
Pace 11.1 forged pistons and shot-peened conrods. Lightweight alternator, starter motor, small pulley, oil cooler and Pace windage tray.
Pace extractors and side pipe plus full mandrel exhaust system included, which is road legal.
Weber DCOE 45 (152 - Italian) carburettors with 36mm chokes and 50mm alloy extensions.
Ignition module and rev limiter/shift light (not connected). Lightweight Odyssey battery.
Brass button clutch.
Pace Twin Spark gearbox with special close ratios, 4.3 final drive and 45% LSD. All donuts are good and propshaft professionally balanced.
Braking system built by specialist Norm Thoroughgood includes braced brake booster and adjustable proportioning valve. There are spare rear calipers as well.
30mm torsion bars, 175lb springs (and spare 200lb springs.) Pace 24mm rear anti-rollbar. Cambered De Dion tube. Koni Sports shock absorbers calibrated by Pace.
Two sets of Momo Vega 14 x 6 inch wheels, plus ROH wheels with road tyres. 30mm wheel spacers front and rear.
I have everything needed to convert this back to a fast road car – all glass, original bumpers (excellent condition), original GT seats and genuine door trims, three dashboards (one without cracks), centre console, rear parcel shelf, etc.
Additional spares includes two (genuine GT) doors, hatch and complete 1800 engine.
Owned since 1998. Originally built by Autodelta and Ron Carrey (rust cut out and proper metal repairs.) Well developed over the years. Raced all over eastern seaboard. Won Group Sc class in 2001 and Sc outright in 2002.
Price reduced to $17,500. It would cost two to three time as much to build such a car.
