147 heater/air cond not working

Hi all
I have brought a 147 for my daughter it's a 2001 3door now I am trying to get it ready for roady, I have done most things but am having trouble with the air con/ heater, it all lights up but the fan is not working, not sure if there is an easy fix, I have checked all fuses, the only other thing is that recently water was leaking in from the front under the window, the hole in the tray was blocked. There was a plug on the left side that is not plugged in to anything, I can see a fan just below it, just thought I would see if anyone knows anything
