Hi 1600GTV.

I am not sure if they are still available but when I last looked there were a number of 1300 and 1600 step nose GTVs for sale on Carsales.com.au and Carpoint.com.au  I think the cheapest was a light blue 1600 GTV for around $7500 ?? and the most expensive a GTA replica (sort of) for around $30K. Could be worth checking to see if any were still listed and suitable.  Cheers Dave

Thanks Dave
I looked at the blue one but unfortuntely it was in poorer condition than it looked in the photo's..rust in lots of places and wrong interior,poor paint and gearbox/diff needing rebuild...other minor stuff as well so I passed....thanks for the thought
Cheers...maybe I will broaden to looking for any 105 series!!!
Cheers

If you can be bothered importing a car, there are always good UK cars on classicalfa.com and alfaholics.com
Usually well sorted and if well restored, not rusty.
Stepfronts however are now rising in value quickly, as they are the preferred racer, rather than the later 1750 and 2000 GTVs which are popular here.
Enjoying:
1967 Duetto (regularity rally & weekend cruiser)
1972 GTV2000 (for restoration, in family since new)
1987 BMW M5 (daily driver)
1987 BMW M3 (special stage tarmac rally)

Sorely missed;
1965 Giulia Sprint GT (FIA App K race car)
1970 1300 GT Junior
