Spider roof adjustment

With a second baby in the family now I'm starting to ready the Spider for sale. One of the little niggles that I've dealt with but thought I'd fix before sale is a sticking roof. When you press the roof release (manual) it doesn't release the drivers side peg unless you apply some pressure inwards on that corner.

Anyone know if it's just an adjustment needed and how to do that?
