So here's the sketch up of the hubs I made to suit wheel bolts. They should suit all dions, but I made this based from a 75 setup. Fitted and verified that they are fine on my car.

These are 16mm this for 1.25mm pitch bolts. 1.5mm won't get enough turns. Needs to be thinner to clear the back of a stud, so use the power of maths to figure that out.

Borg Warner 38 splines centres. Standard broach. I can help with a shop that does it but thinking "I hope they step on Lego" before they get around to doing it and charging you double the agreed...
