Hey guys I was just wondering if anyone could give me a ball park figure on how much it would cost to weld Giulia Super sills?

Are replacement sills for the Guilia sedan available now ?
They weren't a few years back

Repair(welding) time - how long is a piece of string.  Sills are a three part construction, if the outer is bubbling, the inner will likely be toast too.  Standard repair on any 105 Series Alfa though, so find somebody who does it all the time to save you time and money (as labor will be the most expensive bit)

No no assuming the sills are in good condition (been repaired), what would the approximate cost be to weld them?

You need to get a proper quote, not ask the forum for some sort of rough guidance that frankly is worth less than the time it takes to type this quick response.
