Hi Alfisti
Find below copy of e-mail from AROCA NSW
Concorso is on this Sunday - 10th September

Hi Frank,

a final reminder that concorso is on this Sunday 10 September at Gough Whitlam Park at Earlwood.

All members displaying cars need to be parked on the field by 10.00am sharp. This is a safety requirement. Once parked please obtain your pink windscreen display card at the registration desk at the club Marquee. Only cars with a pink display card will be judged.

Judging will commence at 10.30am sharp. Judging is based on show and shine criteria so cleanliness and overall presentation is more important than originality. This opens up the opportunity for a broader range of members to show their cars and have a chance of winning a prize.

This year there will be a special category of Invited vehicle and prizes for this category will be based on the peoples choice, voting slips will be available at the registration desk.

Prize giving will be at Midday.

Food and drink will be available with an excellent range of Italian sausages, coffee and ice creams available all day.

The Club Shop will be on site with merchandise including some bargain clearance items.

We need at least 12 members to assist with judging, if you are available and willing to assist please contact either Eddie  Failla (ph 0418 111 760) or Ric Bonomo (ph 0450 833 252) before hand to register your help or be ready to be asked to help out the day. This help enormously for smooth running on the day so it will be much appreciated!

The weather forecast looks good so we are looking forward to a fantastic day out.

Cheers

Ric and Eddie

Hi Alfisti
Just a reminder for the concorso being held at Earlwood Gough Whitlam Park this Sunday. Had to decide on who I will taking to this event and the young girl got the nod. The forecast is for a bright sunny day and there will be lots of vehicles from all the various Italian marques.

Hi Alfisti
There was a fabulous turnout of a variety of Italian made cars on display and included an invitational class of three excellent examples of the Alfa Romeo marque. Have uploaded power point presentation (photos) of a sample of cars on display at the Concorso held at Earlwood Gough Whitlam Park on the 10 Sep 2017 at the following link.

Thanks DNA Dave
The Ferrari in shot 14 definitely caught my eye and unclear why it was amongst the Race car category. The winner of the invitational category was the Alfa Romeo 2600 spider convertible captured in Photo 2, an exceptional example of the Alfa Romeo marque.

Thanks for the pictures; looks to have been divine weather there too.
