Treatment for hoods

Seeking advice on the recommended treatment(s) for a soft top?
It's an 06 Spider with a "fabric" type finish.
Does it need UV, waterproofing or other treatment?
And if so, how often?

After a bit of research I found a few options including 303.
Opted for a cleaner and a conditioner (separate products) from Meguiars.
