It also peeves me that not one of the sub-editors spotted the repeated mis-spelling of Alfa Romeo, which was no doubt due to reliance on autocorrect.

Surely there was more hit the car than just that wee ripper. It looks like something else stove the roof in properly, notwithstanding the rolls.

Saw a couple of other reports which said an excavator bucket came off a truck and landed on the car.
