alfa 75 2.5v6 12v value

Hi,

I want sure where to post this, so here we go.

I have the opportunity to buy a beaten up Alfa 75 2.5v6 auto and just wondering if there is any demand for these engines. Car doesn't run n dunno why but if the money is right im gonna blind buy and see how I go. Im a mechanic so could rebuild if needed, but is it with doing?  I know the 3.0 is more favourable but maybe a gtv owner may want it. I could even look at getting more power out of it and maybe putting it in my other 75.

If it runs and comp tests ok id just sell it straight up. Any idea what these fetch?

Woyld keep panels for my race car and dedion too-probably donate the auto to a tafe.

Any ideas would be great.
