WTB: 75 Twinspark driver's door trim

Looking for a nice driver's side door trim.  I have a good trim, but the fabric insert is stuffed/dirty/pulled away.  I could probably repair, but if anyone has a good one they'd like to get rid of, let me know.

Will settle for just the fabric insert also.
