I've not, but remember you'll need pistons (dur  ::) ) but me thinks the head gaskets will be the biggest hurdle.

Well keep the forum in the loop if you can.

What 100-101mm pistons are you looking at? The pure cost of doing a big bore is so off putting, but if it could be more realistic, that'd be a great performance upgrade. So long as it's real world reliable, tho.

I found this look very cool  :D

HP on information from the previous owner of 240 KM. Engine 3.5V6 differs only in the diameter of the sleeve and compression ratio, the rest in 3.0.
3.0 has a sleeve 93mm and 3.5 101

Found this on the 3.5 head gaskets

The gaskets are 2mm thick, at least when I meassure them now after they have been used for a couple of years. The rings are 2.15mm thick now. I was told that they were 2.7mm when they were new, which I sort of doubt. Not that I am a metallurgist or anything, but compressing them from 2.7mm to 2.15mm would take quite a lot of force, and as far as I know the tops aren't torqued hard enough to do that.

don't know if you solved the issue with the head gaskets already, I've got a 3.5 V6 Savali as well, all in pieces but ready for assembly.
Got it from a friend who purchased the engine to fit his HAWK Stratos Replica but the HAWK was sold last year without this engine.
Through a friend who does mainly US cars / engines he got some new specially made head gaskets for a reasonalbe price (71 USD a piece, left and right bank).
I just checked out the gaskets, they are 1.5 mm thick (base layer) the cylinder rings slightly thicker, which is the same as for the old 3.5 gasket (I have one as well).
3 liter gaskets are slightly thicker, 1.8 mm for the base layer and 2.1 mm for the cylinder rings (I got a new set of these as well).
The US gasket supplier (Cometic) used 1.5 mm Reinz base material for the gasket and look OK, only the copper seals for the oil channel are missing and now rubber seal all round is applied but this seems to be not to much of an issue.

Have you emailed the liner manufacturer in your first post to get an idea of costs?

I got a response to an equirey:

"We have the 101.00mm in stock @ £90.00 GBP Each.  The 100.00mm would have to be a special order @ £120.00 GBP Each."

So about $165 to $220 each at the time of posting.

Finding someone to do the machining on the block is the biggest hurdle IMO.

I agree with LaStregaNera, unless you already have a machinist tucked away somewhere.
