The O ring seal between the clutch master cylinder and reservoir is leaking; called a few brake & clutch places, Burson,  Repco, etc to no avail, does anyone where they are sold? Many thanks.

Hi Katone
Not sure if this helps, but if you are just after the o-ring between the master clutch cylinder and reservoir, then find attached link to ISO-3601 Quick Reference Chart that provides metric commercial 0-rings. Based on the information contained, the EPM/EPDM would be the correct specification for DOT3 brake fluid, with the ID and thickness required to select the correct size for your application. I am a bit confused why the brake specialist in your region is unable to supply/help on a suitable o-ring. What model Alfa Romeo is this work to be undertaken ???  The reason why I ask is that another option is the purchase of new replacement part which the master cylinder and reservoir are a complete unit.

Bonno thanks for the assistance, I will use the table and material specs for a more specific request to potential suppliers; I think the local brake & clutch specialist are possibly too lazy to assist considering the low value sale.
It's for a 1980 GTV clutch master cylinder and yes it is the O ring providing the snap-fit connection between the reservoir and cylinder body; rough measurements are 18mm ID and 3mm thick.
The brand new clutch MC was purchased in April '17 from an australian parts supplier, installed over the Christmas break and started leaking a month ago.
