Rear springs,101 spider

My spider is a bit down
At rear that is,by 30 mm cf front,using top of guards as a measure.
Banging stops over speed bumps
Thought I might replace springs.
I would appreciate advice on obtaining same either locally or os,plus spring specs
Have lost my cd manual with all those details
